I use to love coming here.They always did great work and everyone was very friendly. It seems that so many of the friendly employees have left. The last few visits have been disappointing. I’m not sure when it became acceptable to FaceTime with people while you have a client. As someone who worked retail for many years this seems unacceptable. I’m rating five stars because the staff was wonderful, great with the kid’s mani/pedis and did a wonderful job, technically, on my services, but my color was supposed to pink with green cat eye. My tech brought over a red but I had never had cat eye done and wasn’t sure how it worked or if it would lighten up at all. Unfortunately it did not. It was supposed to be pink with green cat eye, but it’s red with green cat eye and I feel like I’m ready for a Christmas party Came in for my birthday nails and I had to leave to get to work, but I’m definitely not satisfied with how the color turned out. Thank you for everything else though!
