Mile High Holistics welcomes both one-time and repeat clients. We practice a full spectrum of skills and modalities to accommodate anyone who walks in the door. Our therapists and acupuncturists have over 1000 hours of training and more than 5000 hours of hands-on therapy. We are members of the ABMP Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Acupuncture, Energy and Bodywork can be an important part of your health maintenance plan. There are tremendous benefits to be achieved through regular treatments. Whether your need is to accomplish deep relaxation, reduce muscle tension or attain relief from chronic pain. We accept health insurance and work with several accident/injury clients.

I have consistently had a great massage experience at Mile High Holistics! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting 4 of their massage therapists over the past year and they’ve all done an outstanding job. The environment is warm, welcoming and peaceful (especially in their new location which is beautiful and so convenient!) The staff really listens to my concerns and needs and focuses on the areas that need the most attention. The online booking system makes it easy to book and edit appointments.
