When I first went to Courtney she treated me very professional and friendly everything about her was amazing from her work ethic’s to her personality! Not only did she do my hair amazing she had me walking out of the salon like I was a brand new person!! she didn’t just do my hair she actually gave me advice on how to maintain my hair with such the busy lifestyle I have I definitely will be going back to her from here on out she is the only person I will trust with my hair and my extensions!! It lasts for months and months and stays so silky, and never knots. I have worn extensions on and off for many years, and Courtney is hands down the best. The hair she provides is SO high quality. It lasts for months and months and stays so silky, and never knots. She is meticulous with her work, and my hair has never been damaged, even when I recently couldn’t get in to see her for a move up and it had been months. She truly transforms people’s hair and is an amazing artist!!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt absolutely breaks my heart to leave this review. In fact, I spent the last 48 hours debating on whether or not I should post this because I know a review like this can really hurt someone’s business. My only hope is that I can keep someone from wasting money like I did and that maybe, just maybe the owner and proprietor of this business will turn things around and do right by me and her other clients.I have been going to Courtney at Mile High Hair Co for color and extensions for almost 2 years now. A loyal customer even through the pandemic because she did a great job. However, last few months the quality of her work and her service have gone downhill beyond what words can describe. The last time I purchased new hair ($1750 with service) she did not do any color matching, cut or blending and she installed terrible quality hair on my lower tracks and tried to lie about it. I gave her the opportunity to correct it which she took. The results of the “correction” were a patchy lowlight dye job, spilled blotches of dye on the lower part of my hair and the clearly uneven haircut… this was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. She ended up making things worse. (See pictures)The worst part about it all is that she was completely unprofessional when I confronted her about this and asked for a refund … instead of looking at the pictures, owning what she had done or being accountable, she blocked my phone number, blocked me on Venmo (which is how you pay her) and has completely ghosted… So Buyer beware!Services: Hair coloring, Hair extensionsIt absolutely breaks my heart to leave this review. In fact, I spent the last 48 hours debating on whether or not I should post this because I know a review like this can really hurt someone’s business. My only hope is that I can keep someone from wasting money like I did and that maybe, just maybe the owner and proprietor of this business will turn things around and do right by me and her other clients.

Critical: Quality, ValueCourtney was as professional and sweet as can be but her extension care was lacking. I left with painful wire sticking out at each end. The extension were much thicker and more noticeable. On top of that…the extension slipped so very quickly. I am only a few days out and it feels like they are outgrown 4 weeks already!!!!
