The receptionist here is TERRIBLE. We had an appointment scheduled with Mary. We show up and are very rudely informed that our appointment was booked with Sherry and that Mary is unavailable. We arranged our entire day around this appointment and her only response was “yeah, sorry”. Absolutely unacceptable. Zero accountability for her mistake. She even tried to shift the blame onto us for not confirming who we made the appointment with. The only decent thing about this place is Mary, who has cut our hair several times and is wonderful. However, I don’t think we will be returning.

Mary did my hair and it was EXACTLY what I asked her for. Finding a house in Dunnellon, I was in need of service again. I tried 4 placed in my area and was disappointed EVERY time. I’m new to Florida and was in a need of a haircut and wanted to change my hairstyle. I was greeted when I walked in the door and Mary had me sit down in her chair and she talked about what I wanted to do with my hair and explained that the style I wanted would take a few months since I have layers in my hair. She also took the time to look at my hair and see what what style I had before she washed my hair. Mary did a wonderful job with my hair and I am beyond happy with how my haircut turned out. I definitely will be back to keep up my new hairstyle. I would highly recommend if you live near or in the Ocala area.
