Our spa is modern yet relaxed, using only top of the line organic products. We have therapists available 7 days a week by appointment only, for your convenience. My husband I had a couples massage tonight and it was great! He had Lola and could not stop talking about how great he felt. I had Marcello and he was able to get knots out of my back that have probably been there for years. They were both very professional and very personable. It is a very unassuming place. Absolutely wonderful! I am speechless with how amazing my time at Mila was. I have had many massages, even in Baden Baden Germany where they are known for their massages and I have never felt so amazing afterwords as I did with, Jenna! She worked through my knots and pains, and was so sweet the whole session. I also had a facial done by Luisa and she was so sweet, and patient with me as I’ve never had a facial before. I will definitely be coming back to see these ladies and referring everyone I know!!

This was my first time going to Mila Spa and I will definitely be back. Lola was my masseuse. She was very attentive to my needs. She used the exact pressure I wanted and spent time on the areas where I had knots. She didn’t just follow a “routine”. I opted for the hot stones and I’m glad I did. She made sure to use the hot stones on my tight muscles not just rub them everywhere. This was one of the best massages I’ve had. I will definitely be back. Maybe when I come back they will not only have a scrub for your hands but also a scrub for your back. Then I may never leave.

This place is an absolute must! Great pricing and wonderful staff. If you plan to visit, I highly recommend scheduling and appointment with Lola. She is professional and spent the time to find out what I was needing. She was able to work out many knotts in my upper back that were very stubborn. She did a fantastic job at recommending some options for the next visit as well. My wife and I will definitely be coming back!

This was me and my wife’s first time receiving a professional massage. We had a very exhilarating and relaxing experience. We came here for a couples massage as a birthday present. The staff was so friendly, courteous, and professional. My therapist Brooke was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She had a soft touch with the perfect amount of pressure. My fiancé’s therapist was Stephanie, she was excellent as well. Both were so welcoming and warm. The hot towels on the feet were a nice touch as well. They had some goodies waiting for me on the bed as a special addition for my birthday, it was very thoughtful. The ONLY downfall was that my fiancé was not made aware that ours couples massage would be in separate rooms. Aside from that, I highly recommend!

I booked a couple’s massage with my boyfriend for yesterday afternoon. He saw Sarah and I saw Sabrina. He said he had a really relaxing massage with Sarah and she paid attention to all his problem areas. But SABRINA?! Oh my god. She is incredible. I am seriously considering never seeing anyone else but her from now on. If she’s fully booked, I’ll wait for her, I don’t even care! She paid such meticulous attention to my problem areas. She used the exact pressure level I needed (medium firm) but her bedside manner was so sweet and nurturing. I felt so good when I left that I was almost in tears because I don’t remember the last time my neck DIDN’T have tension in it. I am pretty much in perpetual hypervigilant mode and I carry all that tension in my neck and shoulders. I even had a small knot at the base of my neck where it meets the back of my head )for nearly ten years) and she got it out! She is a miracle worker. Please go see her asap (but leave room for me!)
