I have been going to this salon for over 15 years and noticed going gradually downhill. I started with Clayton who had been long gone and who was extremely talented. Sergio is one of the owners and is also a great stylist. As for the rest are average at best and rather unprofessional. Yesterday I had a hair appointment that was moved a day before from 9 am to 12:30 because my stylist had a dr appointment. I arrived at the salon at 12:45 and I got seen at 1:15. I informed my stylist Marita that I have a Christmas party to go to in Mystic at 5 pm and this is cutting very short. We discussed the color& cut and I was given to pick from a catalog. The end result color was NOTHING like what I selected and no visible highlights. I left the salon at 4:30 pm because I was left waiting multiple times while she had to make personal calls and see other clients. The result was disappointing my hair looked dark, no highlights and flat. She cut & blow dry in less than 10 min and I have medium length straight hair. The price was 300 which is reasonable if the results were good. I guess it’s time for a change, I will not be back.

Always a great job on my hair. Never been dissatisfied. Stylists are always up to date on upcoming trends and techniques. I’ve been going there for 11 years and would never go elsewhere. From waxing, Mani/pedi, makeup, airbrush tan and hair I will always sing their praises. I go there for all my hair services including for my wedding. Highly recommend.

The best haircut ever!!! SERGIO IS THE BEST! Sergio was my hair dresser 20 yrs ago, got busy with life and hair appts were hit or miss. Never was satisfied with anyone else since then. Went back last fall and am loving my hair even between cuts!!! Worth every penny!
