Booked an appointment for my sister and I with Andy. When asked how they can help us, I told the woman we had an appointment with Andy twice cause she asked me again 2 refills. They seat me and then seat my sister with a completely other nail tech, she didn’t want say anything and just let her do the fill. This is the second time he has done my fill and seemed extremely annoyed to be doing my nails, didn’t even say hello. I had gone to “Pro Nails” for years. They had changed 3 ownerships but the quality had stayed consistent. Today, I went there, and the ownership has changed again. Now, it’s called “Milano Nails”. They have raised the prices and rapidly dropped the quality. I paid over $60 with a tip TODAY for a gel pedicure which normally would last me up to 6 weeks, and the gel is already gone from the front of my toes. Stay away. Never going back.

I had a pedicure and the girl asked if I wanted the callus treatment. I agreed and she used some kind of cheese grater looking thing and took a chunk out of my foot. It was very painful. Then she used an electric sander which was painful as well. My feet were in so much pain for about a week afterwards. When I told management about it, all they said was, “sorry”.

Last time I went for an eyebrow and chin waxing, they told me the price was $30 while standing in front of a sign that said eyebrows – $10 and chin – $7. When I brought up the price difference, she said “okay, so $20”. No, 7+10 is 17. Not 30, not 20. I will never use this place again and I recommend people find other places to get their services done.

I got a pedicure here by an older lady instead of cutting my cuticles she kept cutting my skin It was the worst experience ever.
