I’ve been barely tolerating this place because its conveniently close to HEB but i finally had my last straw with them. Got a shellac gel wrap there and this nail lasted 11 days before it started coming off. I came there and told them i was not pleased with the service and the lady there was telling me they can only guarantee their nails for 10 day or so. Who spends 65$ on manicure so they can last 10 days. They wanted me to pay the full price to fix it. I told them they have lost a customer (mind you I’ve been going there for close to a year), and I’ve been settling for their mediocre service because it was convenient and close to HEB so I could just do my shopping before or after. That was my last time there, and i discovered a new place Beauty Nail Bar, and my nail wraps last at least 5 weeks, the customer service is awesome, and the nail techs are amazing. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Not only did the price go up but they don’t sanitize their equipment like the site says. Don’t believe me? Get a eyebrow wax and watch where they keep the tweezers- in a Altoids container.. You charge me $12.00 and cant sanitize anything nor place items touching my face in a container that did not previously have food in it. And no she did not use alcohol on them as I was watching her as she placed them back in their minty fresh container..

I asked for this shade of pink- bright & dark. Almost a hot pink. When my nails are done they look so light, purple-ish pink. I tell them & show them & they said that the color looks different when it’s been in the sun for a while. It was really disappointing because the color was not what I wanted or asked for at all:( the person who did my nails also had to redo a nail about 4 times. My nails took way longer than they needed to. I still had to pay full price & They told me they no longer do student discounts. I used to come here frequently but won’t be going anymore.

I was looking for a closer regular place to go to every two weeks. I don’t get any paint but do purchase the expensive package for the massage and a good manicure and pedicure. This place instead of trimming my hang nails grinded down my nails AND the cuticles with a tool and now my nails are growing out with defined ridges from where the new growth is thicker. I’ve been going to nail salons for over 30 years and have never had this type of damage done to my nails. They are healthy and growing out nicely but what they did to them never should of been done in the first place. I have a high pain tolerance so when the tool was used I did not know so much of my nail had been taken off. Two weeks later though and it looks like the opposite of when fake nails needs a filler done. Instead of a dip there is height in the new growth. They would of made a regular easy income from me but instead I will not be back. Just stay away from this place.

I went it for dip powder and I was really liking the color at first but then she kept adding on layers and made a bump on one of the nails and wasn’t able to fix it. Then a bunch of the nails were cut uneven and my thumbs looked horrible. I also asked for smooth long almond shape but instead I got sharp ones that were filed too harshly to the point where my thumbs were bleeding. The customer service was amazing and she waxed my upper lip to perfection but I am very upset over the outcome of my nails.

We go as a Group from the Neighborhood now. Ladies are very nice and friendly there. Prices were fair for our area. Everything is elegant and clean. They did and redid the Ombre technique on my nail until it was the way I wanted before doing it on my toes. I am very happy.
