Flavia is an artist. It is completely true that there will be a wait; in fact, just expect it. You may wait for awhile, especially on weekends, regardless of your appointment time, however she does hair like no one else I’ve ever been to. She is amazing, and no matter how many clients she has, she takes care of everyone and makes sure they get exactly what they want every time. I promise it is worth the wait. Bring snacks and a book, and you will walk out feeling better about your hair than you ever have❤️

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy friend came here after quarantine and was excited to get her hair done. She came to this place because of her friend so she thought it would be alright. wrong.Her appt. was for 2 and she wasnt seen until 3 and then when she was seen the stylist never communicated with her to understand what she wanted done and then proceeded to pull chunks of her hair out while combing it. She also left my friend in the chair after she washed it for what seemed like an hour. My appointment was at 5pm, I arrived at 4:30pm. I sat in the chair for hours, this woman is working on 3 or 4 people at a time. She ended up doing the work for another employee who left the client unfinished at 6pm. This client had not even had her hair finished.

Terrible experience. I showed pictures of exactly what I wanted and walked out with something totally different. Flavia barely spoke to me about what I wanted, but I decided to just trust her based on others’ reviews. Wrong! Don’t go for a balayage, they have no idea what they’re doing and I ended up with streaky highlights. They overprocessed my hair (FOUR hours???) so badly that I couldn’t even brush it for weeks without it stretching or breaking off. Over six months later and I’m still dealing with the breakage. I do not recommend AT ALL. Horrifying.
