Got my nails done on a Wednesday and by Monday 8 nails were lifting from the back. Messaged them on fb and spoke with someone over the phone who was of no assistance. The woman I spoke with stated she needed to see my nails in person, mind you I do not live in lake Charles. She also stated something concerning a five day policy but I originally got my nails done because I was going out of town! How can I show you my nails in person if I’m currently in a different state?! Why weren’t the pictures and videos I sent enough? Needless to say, I won’t be returning and will NEVER recommend anyone I know to use this business! I also sent both pictures and videos to show the state of my nails, to their Facebook, and she said the person running the Facebook page is in a different country and the only way she could assist me was to see my nails in person, even though I had already taken them off, because they were lifted. I ended up bumping one of the lifted nails which pulled off my entire natural nail, so I had no choice but to remove the others! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

It was my first time going and wasn’t satisfied with the lady tending to me. I’m the customer yet I had to tell her over and over again how to fix my nail and after the third time I just decided to let it be because it was pointless. However, when the lady @ the front desk asked how was our experience I did inform her that I did not want the same lady again, if I should decide to come back. No disrespect to anyone but you should know what you’re doing or @ least listen to the person trying to help you get it right.

Horrible. Customer service is trash. I asked for a clean up and naturally have very thick eyebrows. They left one eyebrow patchy and thin and the other they barely touched. I told the “manager” I didn’t like them and she said she didn’t see anything wrong, they “wax along the natural eyebrow line” and there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service. The owner acts like he can’t help and refers them to the “manager” up front. Didn’t offer a discount or anything. I do not recommend at all. Also I waited for my cousins to get their nails done for a couple of hours and didn’t see not ONE employee clean up, sanitize, disinfect, wash their hands after performing services without gloves, or sterilize any type of equipment. Dirty nasty and horrible customer service.

This is by far the worst place ever! Don’t go here! The pedicure she did not even give a massage. My daughter was trying to talk to them and they were very rude and condescending. They talked in their language the whole time while staring. I have never wrote a review but I had to on this place. The manager is terrible! Pedicure

After having appointments with a lady for 5 years, I was a little nervous to try a new place. Milanie did not disappoint. I was greeted promptly and the lady answered all of my questions and even offered me a drink while I waited. The wait was not long and I was directed to a bench. My nails tech Kelvin was so nice and gentle with removal of old nails and with the prep. He did an excellent job and listened to my request for thin, short, natural nails. I really appreciate that he asked my opinion if I liked the shape ect. At each step. I left feeling better than when I came and will be back!

I noticed that certain customers were offered refreshments, but not me…meanwhile my technician was answering personal phone calls. I ask for gel nails and was told color powder was better. I found out that she just wanted a quicker way to get me out of her chair, She was not personable at all. Some of my nails are pointing upward, which has never happened and the shape isn’t even defined as pictured below. When I was done, I went to wash my hands…my purse and phone had already been moved out of my chair and a new customer was already sitting in my seat. Just horrible customer service from start to finish.
