Update: I arrived back to my home in Louisiana as I evacuated due to Hurricane Ida. I was temporarily in Richmond, Tx. There’s no way to redo what was done at this point. I am grateful for the offer but I am hours away. If you make a mistake, fix it right there and then. My best advise.

I came to this salon for a manicure and I got an experience. The staff is amazing, the salon on the inside is beautiful and the design my tech did was beautiful. The set that I came in with I had done at a separate salon and I expressed to the manicurist here that I wanted something better and she more than delivered. I will definitely be back ❤️

Me and my mom have been coming to this salon for the past 7 years. They make us feel so welcomed every time we come so much that they already know our trouble toes. Absolutely loved my pedicure from the man who also does nails, didn’t get the names. However, I won’t be back for my full sets. Despite my coaching on how to do my nails, I’m really disappointed in the shape. $52 was too much for only a solid color, 3rd chair service.

Milan Nails &Spa staff is friendly, I was greeted as I entered the salon, they provide numerous color selections of nail polish. Kathy my nail technician asked for my pedicure preferences and provided excellence service. I highly recommend this salon!! Thanks Kathy

I received a 10% discount because I spent $50 plus dollars. There were no favors. The owner LeeLee is money hungry and overcharges. I received a price breakdown after she took my card and I felt bullied into paying. She was helping Amy and she filed my nails TOO short and charged me for length! I have no problem paying for services but what I have a problem with is charging me without my consent. I have never been charged for length so why now?! If she would have said your nails are long we charge extra, I could have made the decision to leave or stay. Please don’t be a victim of these establishments that overcharge and make up prices as they go. I see why this place stays empty. I will NOT BE RETURNING

When I tell you they pamper you, they pamper you. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now, and you can literally have your nails done by anyone at the nail salon. They are courteous, professional and clean.
