The salon I was going to before would say one price then when I would go to pay it was always more than they had originally said. They wanted to charge $60 for this design, and this is my real nail no added fake tips. I decided to go to Milan instead, they are more reasonably priced and Trish did absolutely amazing and was beyond kind. Totally satisfied!

So backstory: i’ve been going to another salon for YEARS. They used to be so great but now I can’t find a single person there who doesn’t do my nails poorly (and i usually only get a solid color done. I left a FOUR star review instead of a five and the manager asked me to take it down next time I saw her.

So I finally gave in and I went to the nail salon I got a pedicure at first. The lady was really nice. She was a real sweetheart and then at the end of the pedicure she was very rude. She turned out to very mean and rude! She kept getting mad at me. She told me not to mess up the polish on my feet because it was going to be very hard for her to fix like a re-touchup. And she kept saying that she spend a lot of time painting my feet, and she kept begging me not to mess up and I told her that I am not going to mess up! She was too rude. I didn’t like her attitude and she was an older lady. I usually don’t have older women do my pedicures for me. The job was decent. I get a better job anywhere else. I did not give her a tip. I will never return to the snow spot ever again it was very downgraded not that clean. They had flies and bugs all over. Did not realize that at the end. Very disgusting! I do not recommend this place anyone!

I’ve been going to Milan since they opened. The salon is clean and organized, and they have great techs who’ve been there for years, some from the beginning, and that speaks volumes. All of the employees are polite and friendly. Terry gives the best pedi I’ve ever had!

I went in to try Milan the other day. I asked for a pedicure and they said pick a color. While I was looking another woman comes over and said you will want this color because these over here charge you an extra $4. First off, I can afford the $4 extra, but what they all were just plain nail polish. They offered me a manicure and I accepted. Horrible decision. The manicure took about 5 minutes and my nails don’t look any different than when I walked in. My pedicure was a complete waste of $75 polish is spotty and not full coverage of nail and my heels weren’t touched at all as well as smoothing out the skin around the toes. Nice people, but definitely not worth what they are charging. Not a good mani or pedi

I requested acrylics and instead she dipped my nails. There was no prep work done on my nails (no pushing cuticles back, didn’t trim my nails, etc). There was also excessive nail glue under my nails and they were very lumpy, poorly shaped and smudged. She also did not file around my cuticles after dipping my nails which caused an awful look around the cuticle area and lifting after only a couple of days.

Arrived at 6, they rushed the whole thing. I asked for a certain color, they gave me a completely different one. She let the polish pool and didn’t correct it. She didn’t even ask what shape I wanted. Very dissatisfied.

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago, without an appointment. Staff at front counter was very welcoming and immediately accommodated my daughter to get her nails done. Since I was curious about services offered to males, I asked about a Pedicure. They also immediately seated me for service.
