Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy friend and I gone twice to get acrylics. The lady I had was lovely and had done my nails beautifully, however my friend who also wanted acrylics was told she shouldn’t even though she asked for them. So she settled with something else. The price was quite nice with 30$ student discounts. Which is why we returned for the second time for acrylics since they were a good deal. But the second time, the fillings costed 35 and my friend was charged 85 when last time they have said acrylics for 30-35. This did not make any sense and since we are young we feel we were fooled. The lady I had was lovely and had done my nails beautifully, however my friend who also wanted acrylics was told she shouldn’t even though she asked for them. So she settled with something else. I hate to write a bad review because the ladies were nice but over all the whole experience was a huge let down. My 7 year old daughter asked to get a hair cut and nails done for her birthday. I called & made an appointment for an hour after her hair. We got there exactly in time and they were just getting ready to start a lady’s manicure with gel and pedi. There are only 2 people working. The other lady was in the middle of doing someone’s nails. We chose our nail color and waited. I asked how long u til they would get to us. They told us 10 min but I had a feeling it would be longer based on past experiences there. We went and got an ice cream and returned. It took a full half hour before they even started with me. I felt bad for my daughter because it was her birthday and she was sitting around doing nothing. The other manicurist would jump between working on the other client and my daughter. It took just over 1.5 hour for them to complete our services. I felt frustrated because we had plans to shop a bit and then meet family for dinner. It just didn’t feel right considering that we had an appointment and weren’t just walking in expecting to be serviced. I won’t be going there again.

The other lady gave me extremely hot water to put my nails in and I told both of them it is too hot and the lady who gave it to me didn’t do anything about it and the other lady doing my nails kept telling me to out my hands in it. I didn’t even end up getting it done cause I had work and it took too long and my nails are rough now.

We went here the day before my wedding. All I wanted was a simple pedicure and acrylic nails. It took 4 hours just to get that. Also, I wanted a simple flower painted on one nail and she didn’t know how to do that simple design. Make sure you write down and total your amount if you give a tip, otherwise they will charge you more.

I went in to get a fill and I wanted them to be done thin, square shaped. The guy doing my nails kept pulling my hand down and was extremely rough. He put way too much acrylic on and every nail was a different shape. I ended up telling the manager and he physically grabbed my forearm and told me “no,sit! I’m going to finish this!!” The salon is also pretty messy and not very clean. I do not recommend anyone go to this nail salon!

Terrible customer service!!! God forbid you need a full set/ fill/ acrylic nails as they only have one person who knows how to do them. I sat around for an hour while the salon employees walked around and ate their lunch. It didn’t make sense, especially bc they had plenty of time to do my nails. The wait is ridiculous and the atmosphere is very unwelcoming. The decor is cluttered and unorganized. No one has a clue what they’re doing. Just avoid this over-priced un-welcoming place and save yourself a headache.
