I was shopping around for an affordable place to get a manicure pedicure and was calling a few places in the neighborhood. I was looking in Groupon and saw some prices for $50 and I called one spot locally and they said it would be $45 and then I called Milan and asked how much it would be for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The woman said $30 and I said for both? And she said yes then I made an appointment for 20 minutes later. When I got there I heard the woman say that she had told me thirty and if that would be okay. Then (over 2 hours later) at the end they charged me double price saying she must of not understood the question. Paying $60 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure is way to expensive for a non luxury salon and it is always bad business to tell a customer one price and then charge double. For the ambiance and quality of service I would not pay their prices. $30 for a regular pedicure is not standard for their quality of salon .

A older lady with an Afro did my pedicure, she took 2 hours to do my feet!!, I don’t have any callus or any extra feet issues that needed extra time , the worse part was after she cut my nails and scrubbed the dead skin off my heels she threw it in the water and wanted me to soak my feet in the dirtyyy water!!! Then the icing on the cake is them wanting to charge me $60 for horrible unprofessional work . Take your money else where .

This is my 2nd home, I love this place. The owner, the staff, the vibes especially my nail tech. She delivers every time. Most nail places around this area are trash. This is the best nail salon ever. They have a customer for life!!!

Great job, I got a full acrylic set with Gel polish which was good. Only thing is they don’t offer Gel sets just Gel polish. But they did a good job. I paid $70 altogether with tip included.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueSince I am unemployed due to COVID, I treat myself once a month to getting my nails done, & felt I was treated rudely.My appointment was for 3:00, I took a cab to get there on time, when I got there, the technician was busy so after waiting 1/2 hour, she told me she was going for lunch. took my sister here and the girl who did her nails did them awful. Crooked shape, uneven application of GEL nail polish so it was very clumpy and it wasn’t even dried all the way so her nail polish is slowly being rubbed off. thought i found a good spot but guess not
