I did a LOT of research on places in Phoenix, Peoria, and Glendale before I decided on Milan. I felt very comfortable that they had nurses perform the services and they had good medical quality lasers. For my consultation Lindsay made everything really easy to understand. I’m currently up to level 4 on the lasers for underarms and Brazilian and it’s way more painless than I thought it’d be. Sierra is always really sweet and helps me find a time that works best for me for my next appointment since I have a crazy work schedule. Her smile is a great way to leave the appointment! Really recommend this place 🙂

The results of laser removal is amazing in general. I think anyone looking to have laser work done should look into this place. The payment plan is worth it because after you hair is all gone, you can still return for touch-up sessions and your payments are all final, you don’t pay anything additional. They make it really affordable. I work a minimum wage job full time and I can afford my monthly payments. The contract is simple, and I asked a lot of questions about everything and they happily answered all of my questions.

I want to start by saying that the staff working in this office are spectacular. I’ve had great experiences from the start. As a trans person, I found researching places to patronize a bit nerve-wracking. Still, I took a chance in February and have been treated with respect, kindness, professionalism, and knowledge. I highly recommend this place! I was referred by a friend and decided to go in and see what it’s about. I was greeted by a smiling face named Ciera, who quickly checked me to discuss the process. Lindsey (the manager) was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about everything laser. She answered all my questions, even the ones I didn’t know to ask. I’m currently on my fourth treatment for underarms and Brazilian and the results are truly astounding. I saw almost immediate results for my underarms after the first treatment!! I’m already experiencing 80% hair loss in my Brazilian area! The ladies who perform the laser treatments (Karina and Mary) are so sweet and always make me feel comfortable while I’m there. They are very professional and consistently check that I’m not in pain or need a break. 10/10 recommend Milan Peoria location!! The facility is clean, the staff are kind, and the results are amazing!

I was tied between going to Milan and another place. Although Milan is far more pricey, it’s definitely been worth it. Their laser, the staff, the cleanliness, EVERYTHING is so good!! I’ve only had 2 sessions and I noticed a remarkable difference after the first! The first 2 sessions I saw nurse Karina. She was awesome! She made sure I was comfortable, made sure I was well informed on everything, and just worked like a pro.
