Getting laser hair removal really changed my life and I only wish I could have done it sooner. It’s worth every single cent. Even when you have large areas being treated it doesn’t take long at all. The nurses/front desk people that work at this location are amazing!!! Even when there’s openings at other CO locations I will still wait for an appointment at this one because I really love the people I see at the Aurora/Denver location. They’re all incredibly sweet, professional, and down to earth. They really make the entire process easy and despite being super busy they really make you feel valued. If you have a last minute request or need to reschedule they will work their hardest to find a solution for you. They’re always in a good mood and happy to see you and help you. It’s clear these people really love their job and want to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The facility is always very clean and you’re almost never waiting/behind schedule. Couldn’t rate my experience getting treated or the facility/staff high enough.

I have nothing to say but great things about Milan Laser Hair Removal, in particular, the Aurora location. Every single one of the ladies that works there is beyond amazing and they are the BEST IN THE BIZ when it comes to laser hair removal. Trust me when I tell you, they know what they’re doing. I would never trust any other company with laser hair removal other than Milan. They focus solely on laser hair removal and that is why they’re the best. Not only are they knowledgeable but they’re also personable as well. I feel right at home when I walk in. I DONT WANT TO LEAVE. I am a travel nurse originally from VA and had an assignment in Aurora, CO. The ladies at this location were so sweet and welcoming it felt as though this was my home location. I worked with Lynn, RN particularly for my treatments and she was spectacular! She was so kind and patient with me and it was a pleasure being able to catch up with her at each appointment. I have just completed my 4th hair removal treatment and so far so good! The results have already surpassed my expectations with significant and very noticeable hair loss in the stomach and bikini areas. After my second appointment I have only had to shave ONCE in between monthly appointments, a massive change from once or twice a WEEK. Hair grows back slow and thin, which is already a success for me, but the majority of the spots I received treatment on aren’t growing back hair at all. As far as side effects have gone, I haven’t had any, thankfully. And all of the technicians who have done the procedure on me have been friendly, helpful, and best of all, QUICK, for all of my appointments. I have just added underarms to my plan, something I had no intentions on doing beforehand, just because of how great results I received. I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about laser hair removal for the first time like me.

Always friendly and helpful. Nurses are super nice and willing to take it slow for costumers, But if your like me you can also talk to them to go fast to get it over with and make treatments easier at least from my point of view. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The nicest staff, they have the cleanest everything (and i mean everyyyything). The treatment room is large, very clean, neat. The ladies that work here are lovely and they are just so incredibly sweet, fun to talk to and are super friendly and welcoming. truly would tell everyone about this place!!! MY RESULTS ARE AHHHH i just love this place !!!!
