The staff here are very friendly and happy to help you! I made an appointment to get a consultation, and I was able to book an appointment immediately after the consultation was over. Great same day turn around! The laser was not bad at all, it was like someone snapped a rubber band on you, but the cooling mist helped cool it immediately. Honestly totally worth it. WAYYYY BETTER THAN WAXING BY FAR!!! Shout out to Kelsey who did my treatment, she was awesome!

So far, I’ve only had one session with Milan, but I was really impressed with the service I got while I was there and even leading up to my appointment. Initially, I spoke with the manager, whose name was Sharon I believe. She was so sweet and accommodating! The facility is clean, and they offer you water in the lobby which is nice. Also, I believe that all the employees who do the lasering are nurses, so you’re not dealing with people who don’t know what they’re doing. I got laser hair removal on my face at a different business, and I’m wishing that I knew about Milan before I went with that other business because this place is a gem!

The team at Milan South Lamar are awesome! They made me feel super comfortable and at ease as soon as I walked in. I was nervous about pretty much the whole process but Sharon answered all my questions and more In the consult so that was great! the actual laser hair removal was a lot less painful then what I was expecting and Mackenzie was great and super quick!! Really great. Very professional. They’ve got options to help you pay out overtime so that it’s affordable to you. They’ve got professionals behind the laser, so you feel safe. If you’re trans they make sure to use your preferred pronouns, very affirming. The best choice if you want to get rid of that hair forever. This clinic in south Austin is amazing. I started at Milan in ATL and was so happy to know they have locations in almost every big city that you can get treated at, especially since I moved to Austin in May. Have been very happy overall with my experience at Milan.
