I had extremely high hopes for this place due to its location and the cleanliness and overall appearance of the site. However I was completely turned off by the consultation at Milan. It consisted of about 45 min of talking about the laser hair removal process, then before any prices were discussed, I was asked to give my social security number to get a credit check. I told the woman I would be willing to pay up front and did not have any interest in payment plans, but she stated there was not any other way to arrange a payment. I asked for a baseline price for underarm hair removal and I was told “We don’t like to deal with retail prices”, seemingly unwilling to share a flat rate value for the service. I then gave my information and *after* they knew how much money I could afford to pay, I was given the cost. After applying two promotions (60% off and an additional $500 off), I was offered underarm hair removal for about $1200 or underarm + bikini for at least $3000. This price seems outrageous, even with unlimited treatment sessions. I’d love to ask other customers if they are paying as much or if this varies based on credit scores.

Excellent service, the girls there were so welcoming and very transparent with explaining the fast procedure. Painless procedure, less painful than a wax. I especially appreciate the times of business. I was able to drive from Okc in 5 pm traffic and still have my appointment at a decent time. The front desk girl was super helpful and has scheduled me for another appointment. Make a consult so you can see how great is Milan.
