The staff are all friendly and helpful! I’ve gotten laser is the past and I did not see results. I can honestly say I’ve gotten results at Milan and the fact that the package is lifetime makes it even better. Knowing I can come back for touch ups whenever needed in the future is great! (Other places I looked into have a set number of treatments and then make you pay a fee for touch ups) Might be pricey but truly worth!

Seriously some of the nicest people ever working there! They always make me feel comfortable and welcome and they are so incredibly friendly from the moment you walk through the door. Even with the sizzle and sting of the laser they keep you pretty well distracted with fun convos and endless stress balls. So you’re not just sitting in silence getting zapped repeatedly by a stranger, you’re getting zapped repeatedly by a friend. They just genuinely get to know you as a person and remember you from month to month. Truly unlike any business I’ve ever worked with and I might have to just keep signing up for more treatments to keep hanging out there. I guess I should also mention Ive had fantastic results after several months of treatments so it’s absolutely worth the money if you’re on the fence about it. If you’re getting laser, go with Milan. And if you’re going with Milan, go with Edwardsville. You will NOT regret it.
