I’ve only had a few treatments so far but already seeing great results. All the staff are very sweet and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and nice as well. They have great payment plans and run promos as well and it’s lifetime unlimited sessions for the area you purchase which I love since my hairs are very stubborn. They also have bundles if you are wanting multiple areas done. Very happy to be a client here!

Highly highly highly recommend, I have struggled with facial hair, almost my whole life. And I have tried just about everything But nothing has ever worked I hate it but just after three treatments I see a huge difference already!. I remember walking in super embarrassed because they would be looking at my face every single girl made me feel so comfortable. I seriously look forward to my treatments just so I can chat with them. I have PCOS and I started coming to Milan a couple of months ago. This is my fourth treatment and I have had amazing results! I used to have to shave constantly every morning. Now with just only a few treatments I never do. The staff in the Rockford IL location is AMAZING!!! they are very patient and understanding. Katie is one of the nurses that work there and she is just great. Honestly I hardly ever leave reviews but this place is life changing and any one that suffers from PCOS understands what I mean. It’s affordable and they offer payment plans that are very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and for anyone that has PCOS to give this place a try. Have a great day.
