Been coming to this location for a few sessions now and been very happy with the service. Araceli (front desk) always greets me with a smile and offers me water which I gladly take. Kelcey (manager) always checks on me after the service to see if I have any concerns or issues. They are all very nice and accommodating. I like how they have a nurse practitioner (Ellen) providing the service. Ellen is professional and makes me feel comfortable and always ask if I need anything. The clinic is very clean and the washroom is stocked with razors, deodorant, face wash, aloe and sunscreen. 5 stars! I recommend this clinic to everyone !

I highly recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal! The staff (Araceli, Kelcey, Ellen) are very friendly and understanding. Definitely worth the cost. The medical team is also great with reaching out regarding any issues you might have. Although all of the NPs at the other locations were great, Ellen, the nurse practitioner at the Bloomingdale location, went above and beyond during my sessions. Her attention to detail, empathy, knowledge, and care was excellent. I have not encountered a provider as kind and as attentive as her. Milan should be proud to have her on their team!

Love this place a lot!!! When you enter, you are greeted by these amazing ladies- Ellen, Kelcey, and Araceli. They are super friendly and accommodating. This is my second session and so far, so good. 75% less hair growth!!! I am enthralled!!! During my consultation, Kelcey was very thorough explaining all that I need to know about laser as well as Milan laser as a company. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and queries. Ellen did my laser and was very nice and very pleasant. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session and was attentive to detail. The pain was 2/10, I would say. The place was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Araceli did the scheduling and was flexible with any changes. She is very sweet. She made sure you are in good hands. What else can I say?!
