WOW – where do I even begin. This place is INCREDIBLE. I always thought that these one off laser places weren’t legit and I was SO WRONG. I spent over 2k at a med spa and went through their whole laser process and barely had any results, and was so frustrated so I reached out about Milan. From the second I started the process it was so easy and my results are honestly almost too good to be true. I have struggled with facial hair growth my whole life and have aways been self conscious, after only TWO sessions I have almost 90% hair loss. The best part is I can keep going back FOR LIFE. My first appointment I was a little nervous and on edge about the pain, and the staff there are all Nurse Practitioners so they are extremely knowledgeable and not just some laser technician. The staff were super patient with me and took their time explaining everything in depth and went at a pace I was comfortable with. I cannot recommend Milan Enough. Sara Mackowski at the front desk who helped me get everything set up was exceptionally helpful as well. If you have any sort of hair loss goals, do not go anywhere else. Worth every penny!

Everyone here is very sweet and friendly. The treatments are fast and have so far been pretty effective at slowing/removing my facial hair growth. The business model of lifetime touchups for a single price is great. However the cost can be pretty steep for some to get started. There are financing options available that can help cover the cost of the treatments. Once I am fully satisfied with my facial hair removal (and paid off that financing) Ill definitely be looking to have them treat other areas.

I went in to have the hair above my cheekbones removed, but due to my skin tone being a little different than usual I decided to hold off and did not get a single treatment. Fast forward about a year and a half I had been paying but had not gotten a single treatment still, but I do have psoriasis which had gotten a little worse and shared my concern with Sarah the manager at the location, who is very accommodating and no questions asked no hassles decided to push my request for a refund fully up to corporate and I appreciate her in this location for being so understanding . I could go down a list of things I love about this place but it’d just be way too long. Just know that you will get the most possible bang for your buck and you’ll be well taken care of. The nurse practitioner that serviced me today was Drew, and though she may be new to this location she is certainly not new to laser hair removal. I met her for the first time today but I felt like I was talking to my longtime friend. She made me feel so comfortable and even helped me with a dilemma I was having.
