Wow wow wow. I was nervous and very unsure about seeking laser hair removal. It came at a last resort for folliculitis that has been (in my words) ruining my life for the last 10 years. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by a very bubbly and charismatic team of individuals who listened to my story and concerns. They made me feel so comfortable and helped me understand the process for laser hair removal. I was sold after my consultation and was lucky to get an appointment the same day. And let me tell you, this process is 100% worth it. After 3 sessions, I am already feeling more confident in my skin. Every appointment feels like I am going to hang out with my friends! (obviously most friends don’t zap their friends with a laser but you get my point).Anyone on the fence about laser hair removal should at least get in for a consultation, but I promise you’ll want to follow through with treatment! 🙂

They do a great job here of making you comfortable and your treatments will be done by someone who is qualified (BSN, RN etc.) which makes me feel more confident. I am already seeing a difference after a few treatments and its great! However be aware that laser is not completely painless- it does sting quite a bit! Lots better than waxing but not painless. The reason I took off one star was because MILAN does not have adequate knowledge about the Covered Care payment plan they offer. Please do not offer something if you are not competent in how it works. At my initial consult I was told by the manager that this is an interest-free payment plan and felt pressured to quickly sign in agreement. I was ok with it since she said it was interest free.
