My first appointment was a very wonderful experience! All the ladies are very friendly and very welcoming, the facility was very clean and inviting! The laser nurse I had was Pahli and she was very sweet. She explained what she was doing and she walked me thru the process every step of the way, and she assured that I was comfortable. I am definitely referring people there and plan to continue using their services! Highly recommend this place for laser hair removal!!

I was asked to leave a review, but this incident was a while ago, but I’ve always had positive experiences until I got paired with a nurse that shamed me for body hair. I was getting my braz done, and happened to be wearing a sports bra out for the day. She started asking why don’t I laser my back. I’ve never had issues with my back nor is it really that bad. But the conversation was then paired with “you let your boyfriend look at that?” Sorry what? Excuse me? I was speechless and tried to play it off and end the conversation. It was embarrassing and humiliating to have a nurse tell me things like that. I didn’t want to get my back done. I didn’t need to. She just started throwing it at me and telling me how bad it was. She then proceeded to shave my back for me to show me how much ‘hair’ I had. All while giving me “yikes look at that!” It was one horrible experience that shunned me away from getting additional work done. Although, everyone was else I’ve had has done a good job. I understand it’s a business and in the best interest to have returning customers. It’s not an easy job, but I just hope this is something that can be mentioned to the newer nurses; advising them to /not/ revert to body shaming in place of a sales pitch.

12/10 this place is the spot to go. I was worried it wouldn’t work on me since I did an at home laser and it did literally nothing for months of treatments. When I tell you the first treatment I got here reduced my hair growth by at least 90% believe it. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They really care about you and the results you get. Overall I’m so happy I picked this spot. They have so many locations and the treatments last FOR LIFE!
