I highly recommend this location and just laser in general for anyone thinking about it. Everyone here is so kind and supportive. You get in and out super quickly, 10 minutes max and they prepare you with any/all information before you get started. They just make you feel super comfortable, which I appreciated. I’ve had chronic ingrown hairs my whole adulthood because of my natural curly hair. After just ONE appointment I saw progress and now i’m multiple appointments in and no longer have ANY ingrown hairs at all. Honestly, I didn’t feel welcomed. I was told that for my next appointment they were going to schedule me at whitefish bay and I found that to be odd when I never asked them to do that. I was excited to go to this new location because it is literally 5 minutes away from my home rather than a 20+ minute drive to whitefish bay. Also, no one offers stress balls and they usually do at the other locations. I had to ask for it mid appointment and I felt the whole process was rushed. This is my 8th appointment I believe. I might have to consider trying another location.
