The staff at Milan are professional, knowledgeable, and make me feel so comfortable and safe every time I get a treatment! The ability to pay via a payment plan was the only way I would ever be able to afford getting treatments as a social worker, so I really appreciate that option. I have only had two sessions so far, but I am very glad I chose to go with them. The staff has been amazingly friendly, they worked with me to help get financed and begin my treatment right away. As a transgender woman, it was a huge relief to find a place that feels so safe and accepting. The process is kind of intense but it’s been highly effective so far and the absolutely lovely staff talked me through every step. The process goes pretty quickly and they really know what they’re doing. I have pretty bad anxiety, and was quite nervous about my first appointment, so I can’t stress enough how glad I am to have a place that feels so safe and professional handling my treatments! I honestly went to Milan on a whim because I wanted to see what it was like. My quotes for lip and underarm hair removal seemed reasonable for me, so I went in and got my first treatments. The results were amazing!! I would say that I got about 30-40% hair reduction after my second treatment. I am beyond happy and am still regularly coming back to Milan to get rid of the remaining stubborn hairs. The ladies at this location are wonderful and empathic. I highly recommend this place for laser hair removal, especially for those who have dark stubborn hair like I do. 🙂
