So, I don’t ever leave google reviews on anything but this place & the people who work here are just like awesome. The environment is super welcoming of individuals from all sorts of backgrounds, and they really do a good job of trying to make treatment as affordable as possible. I can also tell that the employees who work for this company, at least at this location, genuinely care about helping improve the quality of their clients’ lives. I guess the manager of the Portage location had to take a few days off, so I had my consultation with Amy, the manager of the Gull Rd location. She was nothing but friendly, honest, and supportive, and didn’t approach things from a purely sales perspective as she made a real effort to get to know me & my reasoning behind pursuing this treatment. Not to sound cheesy or whatever, but I’m glad I chose to go to Milan over other companies who do laser 🙂 <3
