Milan Laser Hair Removal in Lansing does a great job. I have been a client for several years now and have been very pleased with the results. The staff providing the service are all super friendly and from the medical field, mostly nurses so that’s a plus. It’s expensive but they offer interest free financing. If you are looking for this type of service, I highly recommend the Milan Laser near you.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean yet welcoming. Also offer payment plans since it is quite pricey to have laser hair removal. I suffer from a skin condition that is aggravated by shaving and waxing. I was skeptical about but decided to give the laser a try. The hair removal guarantee sold me. So far I’ve had a major reduction of hair and still have a few treatments to go which leads me to believe I’ll be hair free soon. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a permanent hair removal solution.

I decided to cancel my treatment plan before my appointment due to financial and personal reasons and a bit of confusion on my part about the payment plan. After a lot of hassle and back and forth with Elizabeth in the Lansing office, she told me she would cancel the treatment plan, give me a refund and even offered me a free treatment which I was so happy to hear. Although hesitant, I still decided to accept the free treatment. In the free treatment, I did not have a great experience to say the least but I suppose the treatment itself worked. I will say it was pointless to get just one treatment in my situation and I question the motive of it even being offered. I have been told that the refund is being processed but I’ve not been given any kind of date or timeline. I’m still waiting for the $298 to date. I gave a window of about 90 days thinking these things take time. It has been almost 4 months now and any attempt I make to get a time frame on this refund is ignored. I feel very ignored and essentially LIED to at this point and it’s 100% not cool so I DO NOT recommend you come here.
