Very clean environment. I never have to wait a long time for my appointment even when I arrive early. The staff are very welcoming and professional. I’m Black and Latinx so I’m very hairy; the laser slowed down the growth of my stubborn underarm hair. I have a few sessions left and I can already tell that my hair will gone completely. The hair removal is a bit on the pricey side but signed up with a finance company through Milan. The finance company I use is very understanding and makes payments easy and did I mention there is no interest.

Milan is the best. I took the wife and I to have an area done. She got the full body done. Long story short 6 months into this i’m doing a full body now. It’s awesome! And all the staff at Milan is fantastic! I don’t regret it a bit! If you shave go do this! You’re skin hasn’t ever been as smooth and sexy as this! Male or female! The staff is super nice and professional. I am still in process of having more appointments ahead of me but so far I see some improvement. The procedure is painless, in my opinion of course. The facility is very clean. The facility is very comfortable and private. They are always timely. I gave 4⭐️ out of 5 because the cost is nearly unattainable for the small areas that are treated. I left with extreme buyers remorse once I signed the papers. I wish I would have shopped around because although I paid for an entire area, my area that needed treatment was far smaller than I needed and ever so slightly overlapped by one or two passes into another. My area of treatment that I paid for has approximately 50-70% of an area that requires no treatment. And how they give absolutely no leeway for areas that overlap especially when the area you paid for is less than 50% covered in hair and yet slightly overlaps onto another area. For example, let’s say that you pay for a top leg. But only 50% of that top leg has hair and the line of bikini area has a few hairs. There is zero concessions made even though you don’t even need entire upper leg treated. They won’t run the laser over that strip. Period. I understand if your full leg was covered. The amount of money you will spend is huge. Just be prepared for these two concerns up front. I would recommend finding a dermatologist who uses Candela over what I have spent for the little I am getting out of it in the future. But please know, the positives are there as well as discussed above. Best wishes on whatever you choose.

Would definitely recommend this business! It’s pricey but all laser hair removal is expensive and at least with them you have a lifetime guarantee that if any of the hairs ever do come back they’ll take care of it for you at no additional cost. It is 100% worth it in the end, the conveniency of not having to wax or shave frequently is priceless in my opinion. It does hurt during the process- imagine rubber bands snapping on your skin- but it’s a very quick process and the pain stops immediately afterwards! They run great deals up to 50% off at times so make sure to keep an eye out for them and take advantage of it. Also, they don’t make it an awkward or uncomfortable experience either if you’re worried about that! All the workers are so, so friendly and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door!

My wife has been coming here for about 6 months. They have been nothing but super friendly, personable, informative, and supportive! My wife & I are both Transgender and the staff has been fully accommodating & accepting! Huge plus for the large LGBTQIA2+ community here in Genesee County! They explained the process in a way I could understand and even mentioned they have specialized equipment to assist with darker skin tones within the BIPOC community, as well. They can help you with payment schedules as well, so it’s worth coming in to talk to them. They did everything they could to help us be able to afford their services as our health insurance does not classify hair removal as gender affirming care. It’s been a great experience! Thank you!
