LITERALLY BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I had never even heard of Milan before but I was driving down hall road and saw it and decided to stop in. Kelly, the receptionist, was absolutely amazing!! All of the questions I had she answered and gave such a good explanation of everything! She also was so sweet and explained all of the different areas that you can get done with laser hair removal and how the treatments work as well, sometimes when you go into beauty establishments some receptionist aren’t aware of some of the information for services but KELLY DID!! She made me feel so welcomed and totally made me experience amazing! I plan to start my laser hair removal just because of her!

Absolutely amazing! I’ve been other places for laser hair removal and after 7 treatments had absolutely no luck. Like literally no change whatsoever. Just one treatment here at Milan and I notice a significant reduction in hair!! Not only is a lot gone already, but the remaining is growing back so much slower than anything I’ve ever experienced. The customer service and scheduling and sales processes are really great, they don’t make you feel pressured and are willing to give good deals. The laser itself is not comfortable per se, some regions sting pretty badly, but they are very understanding and willing to go at whatever pace works for me. I also have to say after only two sessions I have seen substantial reduction in amount and thickness of hair. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get laser hair removal. And also not an unsubstantial thing, I have never had a wax or any other service done in my bikini region, and they made it feel minimally awkward.
