So this is a new location, I usually go to the Indianapolis location. I apply sunscreen after my treatments and my instructions say to wait 15 before sun exposure, the woman (Amanda) who did my treatment rushed me out of the room and said just come upfront. The customer service was little to none and she also scolded me for not shaving before my appointment despite them supplying razors for customers to use. I really like Milan as a company but I will not be returning to this location.

I love this place! You CANNOT beat unlimited treatments. That is proof that they really want you to be satisfied with your service. I was previously treated at a different laser hair removal establishment and I still had hair after all my treatments were done. Talk about disappointed. When my girlfriend told me about this place, I had to try it out. I’ve had 3 treatments so far (1 in Indianapolis and 2 in West Lafayette) and I’m very pleased my progress and the staff. I am getting laser hair removal on my entire legs, full Brazilian (previously treated elsewhere), and my naval. After 2 treatments, I literally didn’t have to shave until before my 3rd treatment. My legs are soooooo soft. Amanda treated me today and she was so nice and cared about my pain level which meant alot to me. All the staff that I’ve encountered at both locations have been great. If you’re considering getting services, I would say schedule your consultation. You will be thoroughly pleased! I have zero complaints!
