I started out back in Indiana with my first session with Milan an moved here a few months ago an I can honestly say it’s a great company all around. The staff no matter where you’re at is so friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous coming to a new state an going through this new process but the second I walked through the door the girls were all smiles and the girl I use now consistently is always so welcoming and comforting and ready to answer any and all of my million questions! Highly recommended and if you ever thought about getting laser hair removal I would definitely go with Milan.

As a trans woman, getting laser is extremely important to me and Milan Laser has always been a welcoming and safe experience. Before using the Florence location, I was at the Milan in Louisville with similar success. But the Florence office has the benefit of a dedicated laser technician who you can build rapport with over your repeated sessions which makes the at time masochistic laser hair removal process a bit more bearable. Great experience and great results. Highly recommend Milan Laser as a whole and the Florence location specifically.
