The employees are extremely kind and patient. They have a thorough conversation with you to explain the process, how it works, and your options and plans. It definitely doesn’t feel like they’re selling you a service, so I genuinely loved that. They made me feel comfortable with my decision and would definitely recommend their services. So far, I have seen about 80% difference in the areas I’m removing hair and this was just my second visit. Everyone is different so not necessarily would be the same, but I do love the place and everything! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
