My first impression was absolutely great. I was greeted with smiles and pleasantries. They offered water and snacks and the seating was inviting. The consultation was very informative and the process of becoming a new customer was easy. The nurse who performed the treatment was amazing. She explained everything and was very gentle. I’ve had treatments at another facility before not associated with Milan and those were painful. Here! The cooling combined with the laser and the comfortable seating made this experience well worth the visit. Highly recommended.

I started my hair removal process 8 months ago in February 13, 2022, after stumbling upon Milan Laser, while on my way to a Brazilian Wax appointment a few door down. I immediately canceled that appointment and signed up to have laser therapy done instead. Marcia did my consultation and she was wonderful at explaining the process, different areas that I could have hair removed, and the different financing options available. She spoke to and joked with my 9yr old daughter & also offered us water. Casey, the receptionist is so nice and cordial. Both she and Marcia are who you see upon entering the building. They greet you with smiles and a pleasant Hello. Donna,RN is also very personable. She too explained the procedure, how the laser works,and answered all of the questions that I had. Being a fellow RN, I inquired about how I may be able to become a laser technician and also work for Milan. Today is October 7, 2022 and I’m here for my treatment to my under arm and belly button.. I’m almost done with my treatments for my Brazilian, belly button, underarms and face. The skin on my face is so soft and the hair bumps from waxing and shaving are no more ( just wish the laser could remove the GRAY’S TOO!) LOL! MY EXPERIENCE has been great!
