I am thankful I made the transition from Ideal Image to the Woodstock, Milan. The ladies are phenomenal. The initial consultation I voiced concerns about the results I ‘wasn’t seeing’ from Ideal and I had been a member since 2016. The concerns I voiced were also concerning for them as well. They are so personable and relate on such a personal level which is something I was not previously receiving from Ideal. The pricing by far out beat Ideal and the fact that it is a “lifetime” investment made the transition even more worth it. I became pregnant near the end of my contract with ideal and their policies were I had to wait to come back for services after I was done breast feeding. At the point of return I had dormant hairs from pregnancy that showed up and still years later those hairs were still present. Just a few treatments will Milan and those hairs have either thinned or have not shown up. As women, we have so many hormonal changes throughout life that dormant hairs can become present, I love that this company is for life throughout all of the hormonal changes. Just for that simple fact, I will be a lifetime customer, just for the few treatments I am receiving, I am seeing the results I wish I would have received years ago. This company truly cares about each person that comes through the doors! If you are looking around for different laser hair removal companies, stick with Milan, as they are designed specifically for this specialty and I truly believe that is what makes them so spectacular!

When I was looking to do laser hair removal, I was reading reviews for multiple locations, and Milan was one of the few places I kept reading about that had only excellent reviews. I scheduled a consultation and was convinced. I love the flexibility to schedule an appointment, the friendly staff, and the availability for questions. I felt nervous in the beginning, but the staff always makes me feel completely comfortable. I am also very happy with their package plans. I only wish I had decided to do this sooner.

Alyssa in Woodstock is the best nurse. She answers any and all questions and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Front desk is very welcoming. I was able to get a consult and get my first treatment all in one day. Never have any issues with scheduling. And I have reduction of hair growth after just 2 treatments. Love it get your laser here!!

Everyone is so nice! I had a ton of questions and they were answered thoroughly with no judgment. I really like that both the office and medical staff have normal conversations with me and treat me like a person and not a patient to be rushed in and out. Also, the medical staff are professionally trained nurses and doctors. I have some skin conditions that we needed to discuss for safety reasons, and there was a collaboration between different medical professionals at Milan to ensure we were performing the procedure safely. Even though the treatment is painful (on my face!) all of my appointments have been a good experience. I can’t recommend this company enough to anyone who is thinking about laser hair removal.

Milan in Woodstock is a great place to get your skin silky smooth and never have to worry about shaving again. The prices seem a little high if you compare it to other laser hair removal places, but at Milan you get unlimited treatments to that area if you ever need a touch up AND you can use any Milan location. All of the staff is super nice and incredibly helpful. I’m 5-6 treatments in and I have noticed at least at 60% reduction in hair growth. So if you’re on the fence just do it!
