First time first time here. Located in the shopping plaza across from Emory DeKalb hospital in Decatur Georgia. It’s next to gusto a restaurant and whole foods. When you walk in it’s very nice clean bright lots of windows. There are two young ladies at the desk and a QR code to scan in. They were very nice and asked if I wanted something to drink and how my day was. When I went to have my consult the room was very nice with art on the walls a flat screen TV a table and chairs and a very nice ambience. Teri went through everything with me and was very helpful. The staff consists of all nurses who have been trained to do laser hair removal. The program that they have allows you to either pay monthly or pay off in full and if you pay it off in full you get another discount. The other perk is that you can go to any one of their locations no matter where you are in the United States and still be able to get your treatments done every six weeks. They check to see if you qualify for a CareCredit or their in-house service of 24 months 0 interest. It’s also a lifetime guarantee, so if you want to go in for a touch up it doesn’t matter as long as it’s in the original location it won’t cost you a dime but they will charge you if you would like to add on a different area but it still won’t be as much. They are very Google friendly, they have handicap parking their entrance ways are very wide, they don’t mind you taking pictures or videos as long as you get permission from staff. In my pictures I show the room the lobby area and the areas that you can get done. They also show you pictures of before and after so that you can see the difference. They do require that you shave either the day before or date of your appointment so that they can make sure that you get the best results and ask that you not use Nair or Veet or any other kind of depilatory creams. They can’t shape your eyebrows because of the circular laser that they have they can do the unibrow area. the bikini area or Brazilian area is front back part of your thigh and if you go all the way your butt cheeks as well. You can have as many or as little treatment as you want but they do suggest that you have at least 10 to 12 with going in every 6 weeks for the best results. They open at 10:00 a.m. and Saturdays get filled up pretty quickly. Right now they have a special for 50% off any and all laser treatments until the end of the month.
