I would regularly get waxed and got tired of having to deal with the timing and pain of it all. I walked in with a consultation and walked out with one treatment done and a better deal than I could have ever imagined! The session was done so quickly and nearly pain free. If you are considering at all then go in for a consult and they will walk you through everything. This has to be the nicest staff and I’m not just saying that. I felt so comfortable right away. I had a problem with neck hair under my beard for a while. Looking a resolution, i decided to try laser hair removal. I knew nothing about it but this facility was so welcoming & knowledgeable about the process. The process isn’t painful but it’s Also not the best feeling either. But 3 weeks after my first appointment and the results are well worth it. It’s almost as if my neck problem never existed. Excited for my next appointment & especially the results that follows. I’ve already told 5 other guys & they can believe they didn’t think of it sooner as a permanent neck & beard taper! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

During treatment, the providers are educational, clear, and make sure your comfortable at all times. Experiencing slight pain is completely normal, the providers do an exceptional job at being patient during more sensitive areas and consider your comfort level. The associates at the reception area are always so kind and friendly, they make scheduling upcoming appointments a breeze! The goal behind this company is remarkable, they truly take into consideration the struggles of unwanted hair and the affects it has on women!! Depending on the package you buy for a specific area of the body, if down the line, possibly years later, unwanted hair appears again in those same areas, there is NO need to purchase a whole new package… Milan understands hormonal hair can creep back up to haunt us, you simply visit a provider to treat your problems spots at no additional cost, it’s simply included in the initial package you purchased. Again, as someone who suffers with PCOS, this EXACT detail is what made me fall in love with this company, and what it stands for!! Jamie is the best. She is very kind and answered all the questions I have and made me comfortable as this was my first time. She explained what I should be expecting from the beginning to an end.
