Everyone working here are such sweethearts! The front desk worker is so lovely and inviting. The sales manager is super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Finally, the nurse who performs the hair removal is very professional but still puts you at ease when you’re removing hair from potentially embarrassing places! The best part for me is that they are the ones you’re always seeing! There’s no rotation where it’s one person doing hair removal one time and another person the next. As far as the actual process goes, it’s quick and mostly painless. If you’ve gotten a tattoo, you can definitely handle the laser!

Recently I visited Milan Laser of Garner for a consultation. Upon walking in the receptionist was very sweet and offered me a soda. I then met with Andrea for the actual consultation who was full of information. She answered all of my questions and explained the whole process so there won’t be any surprises. One thing I do love is the services are performed by a nurse practitioner that is fully trained not just an employee who is trained to know their job. What sold me is unlike other facilities everyone was really there for you. I also love there is a lifetime guarantee and they even offer interest free financing. If you are second guessing receiving services at Milan you are sadly mistaken. I have done 5 treatments and my skin is smoother than a babies bottom. Cliché to say but it’s true!! Going from waxing almost every 2 weeks and shaving every couple of days, to not having to deal with unwanted hair is refreshing!! For a woman having hair on your face in my opinion is a No!! But now ….. Im feeling more confident and beautiful than ever. Worth every penny which surprisingly isn’t a lot. There are a lot of common misconceptions about cost, pain and results and I’m here to say that none are true. Yes, take in to accountability of your tolerance but it is more like “ that’s it?.. wow I didn’t feel anything.” Honestly speaking if you can take the pain of child birth and Brazilian waxes Milan laser doesn’t come close. The treatments are quick and the staff are so nice. They make you feel like family and that is truly appreciated. I feel like I have known them for years. Every time I have an appointment I wind up staying afterwards because I’m always caught up in a conversation lol they are so sweet and greet you with a warm heart. The facility is gorgeous, clean and easy to travel to. There are other facilities but I don’t and will not ever leave this location. I will have to come up with other spots for laser removal just so I can be there. Lol I want to give a huge thank you to the Ladies at the Milan Laser removal in Garner you are truly amazing. I really wish that I had done this sooner!!! I absolutely love the services that I have recieved at Milan – Garner. Highly trained staff. The fact that my treatments are done by a Nurse Practitioner makes me feel incredibly safe. Intially I was a little scared, but everyone on staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. So much so, that I’ve added two additional treatment areas since my intial Brazilian- my legs and chin. I also appreciate that they are capable of treating my brown skin– so many places were not! I honestly just have found the perfect place for me!
