I have now had 2 laser treatments at this location and it has been the best decision I have ever made! Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. I love that they offer free consultations and are very transparent with the treatment plan and pricing. I was very nervous for my first appointment but they made me feel very at ease. It was minimal pain but the RESULTS are SO WORTH IT! After 2 treatments I can already see a huge difference, I can’t wait to see the end result! If you’re thinking about it, do it! Jenna is the nurse I see and she is so sweet and makes the whole experience wonderful!

I am always greeted with a smile, the facility is very clean. The staff is so friendly. Allie does all my sessions, she is professional and so kind. She is very understanding and accommodating to my needs! Madison & maddi help me set up my appointments and are such a big help making my appointments run smoothly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this is the best place for laser hair removal!! They even have face wash and deodorant in the bathroom for after your treatment if you need to use it. If you are looking for a place for laser hair removal this IS the place to go.

The staff at Milan in York are incredibly friendly, informative, and make you feel super comfortable. I’ve only had one underarm laser treatment so far, and I’ve barely had any hair growth. The Staff is amazing there. They make you feel happy the minute you walk in the door. All smiles, the nurses are great, they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Cannot recommend this place and this treatment enough! After 2 treatements on my underarms I already have MUCH less hair growth. I cannot wait to continue treatments and start others. So worth the money and so much quicker and more rewarding than waxing.
