I was greeted with a smile right when I walked in the door! I was initially nervous before my first session, but the staff were welcoming, and made me feel at home and comfortable. My nurse Kat was amazing! She was very informative about the procedure and gave me tips to make this the best experience for me. The office was immaculate! I would recommend this location to anyone that is interested in laser hair removal, but too nervous to try it. You will not be disappointed!

I was extremely skeptical on Laser hair removal at first, as I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time. After speaking with a friend who was going through it, I finally got the courage to call and get a consultation on scheduled. Meeting with Jessica at the Orchard Park location I was so nervous at first walking in, but she certainly made me feel comfortable quickly and made me feel at ease. She never made me feel like I was alone with unwanted hair, and made it be known that it was a very common situation with both men and women. I went simply for my face and neck, and well it turned into more. I believe my comment was ‘’If I walk out and think about it, I won’t do it, so let’s get too it’’. From meeting with Jessica to the staff that ultimately makes it happen it was all a wonderful experience. I would love to call you all out individually, but you all do AN AMAZING JOB, and are extremely comforting and makes the visits all worth it along with saying goodbye to the unwanted hair.

From the consultation to each treatment I’ve had the best experience. No pressure to buy more services but always informed me about the promos going on. Highly recommend milan laser in OP the techs are super nice and patient! I’ve had different ones Kat is great Carly and Jillian too I can’t remember the other ones but they have all been amazing. I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and I’ve had great results I wish I did this sooner! You can visibly see less hair growth and feel smooth skin I rarely have to shave anymore or at all! They are all very educated in this field and make sure your comfortable and it’s not an awkward experience definitely worth it for me!
