I’ve had a few sessions so far and each time is a wonderful experience. Jenny was the first person I met with. She explained everything so clearly, she went over everything I possibly could have questions about and was so personable. I’ve met with both laser nurses there, though most of my appointments have been with Stacey. I spend about 2 hours there each time (we do everything in one shot) and each time it flies by. We never run out of things to talk about, but she’s made it clear that if ever I don’t feel like talking, that’s okay too! I shopped a few places before coming here, the price quotes I got were for 6 sessions usually and came out only a little less than Milan was with unlimited sessions. Everyone that works here makes you feel comfortable, they’re all so nice. In my opinion it doesn’t hurt as much as wax, there’s a few “spicy” spots but it’s like a sting and then it’s over. With wax or shaving I’d always break out after but that’s never happened with laser. I could tell the difference after the first session and the hair has gotten lighter and lighter since then. I’ll be going for my 4th treatment in January and I can’t wait to see the progress continue!

These ladies are all amazing! Every appointment is prompt and they are flexible with schedule changes when needed. The office is clean and cute. All of the nurses make what could be an uncomfortable or awkward treatment so much better with their professionalism and caring interactions. The treatments are expensive, but worth every penny for the results that I am seeing and for the great service they provide.

The service here is excellent! They are thorough about explaining the hair removal process before you begin your hair removal journey to help you truely understand the process! I also really liked that all they do is laser hair removal so their staff has a lot of experience with what they are doing as far as technqiues and use of equipment. The nurses who perform the laser hair removal are so outgoing and great! They make the whole experience easy and comfortable throughout the appointment. The staff overall is very personable and positive and makes the whole process easy and smooth. I always look forward to my appointments with them!

I cannot recommend Milan Vestal enough!! All the ladies working here are so amazing. They each take the time to thoroughly explain the process and make sure you are comfortable with the procedure. The laser technology here is the best! I’ve had experience with laser hair removal in the past (at a completely different facility) and hated it. The laser here doesn’t even hurt!
