I have been a patreon of this salon since the 1980s. My mother took me here many, many times over the years as a child and continued to use their services for decades. They have been wonderful to my family, as well as myself. I have had haircuts (literally hundreds), had my hair dyed for the one and only time in my life, and were also so friendly. Never once had I ever had an issue and their prices have been great from the 1980s to the present day, which hurts me when people like Orquidea Milbourne try to slander this great salon. This is one of, if not the longest standing salons in Lancaster City, and it has given me joy to have known the staff over the decades. These stylists have been one of extremely few that I have trusted with my hair since I was a child in the 1980s.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI brought my daughter in and we call for highlight and was told $80 and they wanted to charge $150 at the end I ended up paying $100. My daughter sweater was mess up and the color was really uneven.and as you can see my daughter has shoulder length hair I will not recommend this place and the owner has the audacity to answer back did not apologize for damaging the sweater and the hair color is very uneven. When you are going to apply a treatment you are to discuss the prices at beginning of treatment not once is done worst place and yes this ladies are not focus and not professional. And speaking of hair quality you do not know how to treat your customer. I went in today to dye my hair. Very polite and friendly staff. Mariel took extremely good care of me, despite the fact that I had 4 colors on my hair. She was always very careful and continously asking if I liked what she was doing. Mariel gave me the exact color that I was looking for, my hair looks so healthy and vibrant. I’m obsessed with her work. I definitely recommend this beauty salon, specially Mariel, she’s a very knowledgeable hair dresser.
