They do not know how to cut hair, yesterday I took my mother to get a haircut when she came out her hair was all wet, she didn’t notice how bad it was until her hair dried. If you don’t know how to cut hair then tf you doing working at a hair salon. Best believe I’m gonna be coming in today to get a refund, Ya’ll better be ready.

YES!! It does cost a little more than the hatchet job salons where they charge you 12 bucks, slap on the number 2 or number 3 or whatever, and in two minutes your out the door!!

My youngest picked a haircut he didn’t even want because he said he felt very rushed and my oldest said his stylist was much more caring and careful than his brother’s. The wait was short. My oldest son had a very nice cut which took a good amount of time and my youngest was done way before him with an average to below average cut with hair all over his face, neck and ears still. He actually cried about his cut. When i went to pay they charged me $51. Apparently kids cuts are $25 each!? They charge a 7 percent fee for using anything but cash or check. Wont be coming back for that price and variance in quality and care.My sons went in on their own. My sons went in on their own. My youngest picked a haircut he didn’t even want because he said he felt very rushed and my oldest said his stylist was much more caring and careful than his brother’s. The wait was short. Awful customer service.Disorganized, unprofessional. I’m 12 miles away and took prior appointment a day before. But by the time I reached to that place they asked me to wait another 45 min. This is second time it happened to me.Don’t remember the regular customers. Gave nice tip couple of times but they doesn’t deserve.

Honestly is hard to find a place like this. Service is excellent and the hairdresser that I have had couple of times it’s really experienced and dedicates attention to details. Their pricing is similar to great clips or other major chain but the service you get can compare to the high end saloons. They don’t rush and try just to charge you. They take their time and give you a service you deserve.

The lady was nice but didnt know how to cut hair well and she used a very harsh comb and brushed it all over my skin. Is there a need for such harsh comb? Also she didnt use scisors she just used machine and comb and it is very uneven
