Ashley was amazing. Not only was she VERY well educated in her craft but she had lovely and warm conversation. This salon is a great fusion of “high fashion” meets “family run salon” it’s so warm and inviting but still classy and professional. Ashley not only perfectly crafted my hair to the hair texture and curl pattern I have, but she also made sure she explained every single detail of what she was doing before starting to make sure I was aware of what was going on. I already have my next visit booked and I can’t wait!

This place is a no for me.. First time and it was horrible. They don’t know nothing about hair. They can even hold the blower and iron correctly.. Really bad experience.. And for a just a drying my hair horrible they charged me 40.00.. No, no no!! Bad bad place!!

I am very impressed with Milagros. The only reason why I did not give five stars is because the young lady that set my appointment up clicked the wrong month. When I arrived and found out I did not have an appointment Mark immediately took care of the situation and worked me in. I am in a panic because I had two events to attend the next day. Delonza did a wonderful job with my cut, color and styling. I recommend Milagros in Missouri City. I also recommend Delonza.

She said she didn’t regret getting her hair cut short, and that if someone asked her, she would recommend them (high praise). She said it didn’t hurt when he brushed her hair and that he asked her to move her head instead of moving it himself. It was the most positive experience she’s had at a salon to date. My daughter got a pixie cut from the owner. She said she didn’t regret getting her hair cut short, and that if someone asked her, she would recommend them (high praise). She said it didn’t hurt when he brushed her hair and that he asked her to move her head instead of moving it himself. It was the most positive experience she’s had at a salon to date. Critical: ProfessionalismUpdate to my last review: I’ve been a client for over a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about their stylists. However, their receptionist was SO rude to me running late to my appointment that I a will not be coming back until she’s gone. Every time I’ve visited, I usually have to wait about 10-15 minutes and I’ve never complained or had anything to say about it. This was my first time running late. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional for her to have spoken so rudely to me over the phone. However, their receptionist was SO rude to me running late to my appointment that I a will not be coming back until she’s gone. Asked if I could come in at 5 instead (couldnt do would get me home too late for my kids). She said ok, let me talk to the stylist. Gets back and tells me we will have to reschedule. Critical: ValueTook two of my boys to get haircuts here today. First, the haircuts were great and the stylist Alex was fantastic with my boys. I was hoping this would be our new go to place for haircuts. But then, I get to the register and was charged $35 each! Total was $84 with tip. For boys haircuts! My youngest is only 5. I didn’t argue because I should have asked how much they were beforehand. That’s my fault. But when I got home, I check online and it says men’s haircuts start at $25?! So what gives? Why on earth was I charged $35 each for two little boys, who were both extremely well behaved btw. I don’t want anyone thinking we were upcharged because they were a hassle. $35 for a little boy’s haircut is ridiculous. Heck even $25 is a bit high, but at $25 I would have started taking them there religiously because I appreciate the good cut. Took two of my boys to get haircuts here today. First, the haircuts were great and the stylist Alex was fantastic with my boys. I was hoping this would be our new go to place for haircuts. People are great and color was great but I am so upset about my counter experience. I made an appointment for a partial highlight and when I got to the counter my charges were way more than what I budgeted for. I was shocked and take back. I paid nearly $200 more than expected. This happened my 1st visit too as the manager told me one price amd I paid $100 more than expected. Even the stylist said “we will do a partial” and that’s what I expected amd was prepared for. If anything changes from your scheduled services Milagro needs to ask the customer first. I was LIVID. I love the salon and quality but that absolutely ruined my experience and left me in tears for hours after. I felt taken advantage of but I know that is not intention. I want to go back because of the great quality but not sure. I will need to talk to owners first. This is not acceptable.

The girl at the desk looked at my confirmation email and said we had booked an appointment. However the owners put in new online booking system, and she hadn’t received my information.
