First time here today. Mimi is fantastic! Quick, efficient and personable. Got a fill and a pedicure in under an hour and it didn’t feel rushed at all. Love the atmosphere. This is my new nail spot for sure! So glad I found it!! I’ve been driving to morgan hill to get my nails done for 4 years now I finally found a spot in hollister I trust!!

Place was very clean I will give them that. But my French manicure turned out horrible for the price. They were so busy she did my manicure so fast. To much money for the type of work. She globbed on the polish instead of smoothing it out. My nails are not even and the polish is chipping less then 24 hours later. My skin was smeared from her work and she didn’t clean it up. You can really tell she didn’t file my nails evenly now that it’s chipping. I’m in town for a wedding. Not recommending and will not go back.

Lady who did my nails complained the whole time that she was stuck there doing my nails… completely rushed through it although it was a Saturday and there were maybe 3 people in the salon (not busy at all). I got an acrylic set and on some nails the acrylic is separated from my natural nail leaving a gap for dirt and food to get in. There is also acrylic under my nails, she didn’t clean properly under my nail tips. Super unprofessional, only giving a 2 star because the color was cute. Won’t be going back

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo sad to leave a bad review during a time like this but I feel like it needs to be said!! I called the business and made an appointment with the lady (who is incredibly sweet, young girl with blonde hair– very friendly!!) she schedule me for Saturday, we arrived on time and when we sat down they were complaining about having to do 2 mani/pedi, and seemed to be angry at the receptionist for scheduling us so late and made it very known they were not happy about it! They completely rushed our nails, there was leftover paint on our toes and fingers that we even notified them it was still there and they just said oh okay and did nothing about it– my nails had dings, cracks on the side, and only looked half painted! You could say these were extremely messy both the manicure and pedicure! My nails are freshly done and they looked like I had them for a week already!! I do NOT recommend this establishment for the price it is– the work is sloppy and they did NOT make us feel welcome!!So sad to leave a bad review during a time like this but I feel like it needs to be said!! I’ve been going to this salon for over 5 years and really wish I would have come here sooner. It is very clean, relaxing and welcoming. You get excellent customer service unlike many of the other salons in town. And most importantly, they understand what an appointment is and they keep to the time. I’d had enough of the other salons taking walk ins right before I arrive for my schedule appointment. The owner Theresa is wonderful. She greets her clients by name and makes you feel welcome. Ashley and the other girls at the reception desk are really great too. Highly recommend!!

In the past this place was great! The atmosphere, cleanliness. However, this time was not a great experience. My manicure was rushed and sloppy. Then when my eye brows got waxed it was rushed and the lady was very rough. I won’t be coming back. I thought this was the best nail salon in town but they have gone down hill! Manicure
