Very nice, clean, updated setup. Service was all smiles and conversation, not rushed. We received basic spa pedicures. The foot tubs were lined before use. They were thorough and gentle. Loved the massaging chairs, the heated water and hot towel wraps!!!! $30!!! I will be back!!!

I enjoy going to this location for my nails – there are many pros: quick service, friendly workers, decent cost, overall good job. I have been many times and will continue going. I have the same complaint that I have at every nail salon though – no one ever works to remove ALL calluses from feet. I wish that nail techs would pay more attention to rough spots on feet and actually work to make them smooth, rather than going through the motions of each step, and stopping to continue smoothing feet if that’s what’s needed. I feel like no one ever goes above and beyond the standard steps. That is one of the main reasons I will pay for a pedicure – hoping they can accomplish more than I can myself at home.

I got a manicure. They did not cut off putting skin, did an ok job painting, and left a lot of rough spots on my nails. Seemed far more concerned with speed that quality.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went there on Tuesday at 6:15 didn’t leave until 8:45. They had me waiting for my pedicure in the the water for an hour. By the time they came to do my feet the water was cold. She shaped my nails horribly and made them extremely thick/uneven. Didn’t let the no chip dry before adding another coat and these were my nails. I went to the shop at 10am the following day to have them fix my nails but they refused and told me I had to come back later and I couldn’t bc I had somewhere go. I waited for 30+ mins after I told them I had somewhere to go and they continued to move with no urgency. I asked to speak to a manager several times and the first time they told me he wasn’t in and then the second time I asked one of them said they were the manager..not knowing her coworker already told me he wasn’t in. I asked for them to just take it off so I can go to another shop and they still reused and wouldn’t refund my money to me. This shop made me very uncomfortable because they are very rude and unprofessional…especially to those of color. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here EVER unless you enjoy TERRIBLE service.

My nails are not even, polish is left over on the edges, and he didn’t use the correct size for the tip of my acrylics. Sat there being worked on for a very long time for poor quality nails. Two stars because I got in right away.

Loved the pedicure I got today, but the manicure I got is not great. I have about a 1.5 cm gap between my gel and cuticle. It looks like it grew out for atleast a week, but was brand new today. Wish they fixed it, because I know if I saw it, so did they. Pedicure, Gel manicures
