This salon is a clean establishment where the stylists from the door, the brow lady on the side, and the lash specialist in the back are all welcoming. I have been getting my lashes done here and would HIGHLY recommend Jermaine!!!! Her technique and care for her clients will have you looking great but also having lashes that will last!!!!!!! Her prices are competitive, so you have no excuse not to get in her books! Go get your lashes, brows and hair done all at one spot!!!

I had been looking for someone to do my eyelashes for ages. I could never find someone who could do lashes that actually lasted. I found Jermaine and I was absolutely blown away by the results. So I just wanted to start off with saying that Mila J salon is a very respectful kind and clean environment with wonderful people. I never would’ve gone to Mila J salon if it wasn’t for Jermaine who I met at a lash studio in Florham Park, she always made me feel at home and always asked if I needed anything once I got there but when she told me she was leaving and was doing lashes on her own I just new that I was gonna be a loyal customer to her at her new job. She never fails to comply with your lashes needs and always sends me home looking my best with my new set. She is a fantastic listener and always asks about my day or even remembers little things we have talked about so we can have small talk during the session. Country music blasting in the salon and the front receptionist singing to it. I thought I was at the karaoke rodeo. I waited a bit and then left. I simply wanted a nice, relaxing experience, but decided to leave as it was far from a professional environment.
