Do not try to get in 10 minutes before closing, the door is locked!!! They are only letting customers out. However, I do like this beauty supply store. There are always lots and lots of things on sale. You will have to find help to buy a wig, which is usually no biggie because there’s always someone on the floor. I have never gone in and not found what I was looking for, if anything I pick up more stuff. The ladies are nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say.

As a black woman, I’m done supporting these types of businesses. I’d rather shave my head bald than need to buy any hair supplies from this store. They do not care about us. The employees are incredibly rude and they watch us like hawks while shopping in their store. Not everyone is there to steal but they treat everyone (black ppl, the majority of their customers btw) as if thats the case. Please find other people to do business with. I understand if you are going somewhere for a special occasion and this stop is last minute, but leave it at that. I personally cannot and will not spend my money with ppl who do not care about me as a customer and understand that they are only in business because of me and people like me. Stop supporting this business.

if i could give it 0 stars i would. the most rudest people i have ever met. they started being rude to my daughter who is 1 years old!! because she was being cranky they thought it was ok to tell my daughter to be quite?? who does that? the service they give unacceptable & terrible. will never go back there. let alone there products and what they sell is mediocre. over priced for items u can find at party city. Not only that their cleanliness is not up to pare, i saw a rat in there and a cockroach on the WIGS CHILE !!!! NEVER AGAIN DO NOT GO THERE

Then when it’s time to check out I forgot something else I needed then she tells me to hurry up. I asked if she could put my stuff to the side she cut me off and said no no I already started scanning them. Honestly what kind of system do y’all have where you can’t suspend or cancel a transaction? I left right after that and I’m never spending money there again. Went to get my mom a wig. She has cancer. The ppl. Dont no English. I paid a lot for her wig. I ask what all do I need to help my mom put it on and for it to stay and not slide? They couldn’t help me. So we have this wig sitting here collecting dust. I just wish we could of understood each other.

Phenomenal little shop. Their selection of wigs and care products was amazing, I was helped the second I asked for assistance and they were more polite than any store I’ve gone too. Amazing experience and the wigs are exceptionally priced and fantastic quality. If I could rate this shop higher, I would! The wig I bought could easily sell for $140 at the cheapest with the thickness, length and quality of hair and yet I only paid $40 for it. Love this little slice of hair heaven!
