A brand new barber shop opened up however, THIS ISN’T LIKE ANY OTHER I’VE SEEN. The look is sleek, the atmosphere is welcoming, the decor of trophies and a championship belt will leave you feeling like you can take on the world. I was shopping at Nordstrom Rack and saw this barbershop right next door and since my little cousin was with me I decided to take him. We were welcomed nicely and attended shortly after being told there was no waiting time. All was going well but when my cousin started moving around too much (he’s jittery and ticklish, in other words he’s just a kid) while getting his haircut, I noticed the barber started getting mad or upset, you could tell since he had this uneasy look on his face. It got to the point where he questioned him “How old are you? Act like a man” which was the breaking point for me. The barber on the other booth could tell we were upset yet we withheld our anger. Apparently the long haired barber that works here can’t stand children. We walked out with a bad haircut, bad customer service, and honestly would’ve had a higher rating for this place since it is nice looking and organized but since we never heard an apology this is all I can say.

When to this establishment for the first time and had a horrible experience. The guy who cut my sons hair was ended up cutting a little bit of of sons ear. Next time be more careful and pay attention to what your doing. One of the worst experiences. Never will I go to this establishment.

The haircuts are good but the wait time is ridiculous. Ppl walking in after you getting their haircut before you. They should have ppl designated for walkins only. Waiting hours for a basic military haircut.
