Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst experience ever. The man in the first seat towards the door cut my hair. He finished in 10 minutes. Did not listen to the haircut I wanted but gave me whatever haircut he wanted. First and last time I come to this place, and I regret it wholeheartedly. Poor attitude. I came on a Sunday at 3:30pm, they close at 5. And I was the only person in the shop. They had more than enough time.Please think twice before getting a cut here. Now I have to go to another place to get my hair fixed. Literally left uncut hairs all around.I dont understand how this place has been around 10+ years. Worst experience ever. The man in the first seat towards the door cut my hair. He finished in 10 minutes. Did not listen to the haircut I wanted but gave me whatever haircut he wanted. Dont know how this place got great reviews…im sure the other barbers are great but the barber i had did the worst haircut ive ever gotten. He cut my skin and left multiple scars when i told him to go easy, messed up my hairline, and ontop of that shaped my beard terribly! I feel like this place is racist or doesnt care if you dont have money. I got a dirty look as soon as i walked in and im the nicest person you will ever meet. My experience was terrible and it may not be bad for you. I personally will never go again due to the service and money i paid.

I’ve been coming here for over five years. These guys do a great job. I’ve had 3 different barbers cut my hair and each time its spectacular and on point! 🙂

Went in for a simple high and tight. Not only did I get a look of disgust when I told the barber what I’d like, but mid way through the cut, the barber belched and proceeded to blow it all over the back of my head. And on top of all this I was “gifted” an uneven, choppy mess of a hair cut. I will not be returning to this barber. How do you screw up a high and tight?

They always do an amazing job here no matter who is doing the cut. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. I don’t live in NY anymore. Whenever I go visit I make sure and stop by Mike’s to get a fresh cut.

This place is terrible, barber was blowing his disgusting breathe which smelled like crap all over my face the entire time. He poked me in the eye with the brush. Did not clean off the hair on my face and didnt even cut my hair. My hair is just as long as it was when i walked in. On top of that they charged me $15 instead of $14 and their credit card machine doesnt work so if you arent paying cash might as well walk out. I went to another barber shop to get my hair recut thats how bad it was.
